For the prestigious BOSS OPEN tournament, Losberger De Boer's expert team delivered precision craftsmanship at the Weissenhof in Stuttgart. Despite tight pathways and a short construction timeline, they successfully created a world-class tennis environment.
Acing the Challenge
Quick setup, big impact
From June 10 to 18, 2023, the TC Weissenhof e.V. grounds were not only the stage for top-tier tennis but also transformed into a welcoming venue for nearly 50,000 visitors, thanks to innovative space solutions. The BOSS OPEN, organized by e|motion sports GmbH Germany, once again exceeded expectations this year. Approximately 30 custom-built tent structures—including an exclusive VIP tent (20 × 35m) with a terrace (10 × 35m)—and a total of 4,500 m² of flooring were installed in record time, right next to the Centre Court. Despite the challenging spatial constraints, Losberger De Boer utilized every available square meter efficiently, completing the project in just a few days.
Exclusivity Meets Functionality
The VIP tent was a standout feature of the BOSS OPEN. Despite space limitations, Losberger De Boer's specialists skillfully connected the tent with the Geberit AquaClean Lounge and an adjoining kitchen tent, ensuring the event's signature exclusivity remained intact. Another key element was the 4,500 m² of flooring, which not only added functionality but also allowed guests to comfortably navigate the specially designed Villages. High-profile attendees, including Boris Becker, DJ Ötzi, Günther Oettinger, Alexander Aamodt Kilde, Daniela Hantuchova, Tommy Haas, Lea Elui, Elias Becker, and Michael "Mimi" Kraus, enjoyed not only thrilling matches but also the upscale ambiance of the event.
