Customer feedback: ‘You always go the extra mile’
It’s time to look back at a series of events we worked on for a noted Dutch IT company a few years ago – events that triggered our client to say the following: “Losberger De Boer is the event partner that helps us bring our creative ideas to life.”
Because they wanted to give their clients and relations the feel of ‘inviting them into their home’, IT company RoutIT chose to hold its events on its own grounds, in a temporary venue by Losberger De Boer. To provide the best possible visitor experience, the venue was connected to the company campus. Thanks to a seamless connection, and the use of high-end upholstery and decorations, many visitors hardly noticed they were in a temporary venue.

Robert recalls two more instances where Losberger De Boer proved itself to be a reliable partner. The client needed a room to be delivered ‘blackbox’, but a little bit of light still shone through a part of the upholstery. Robert: “I completely trusted you guys to fix it in time. And you did. It also made me realize how nice it is to have a partner that will get it done, no matter what, because I have enough to do as it is.”
“At the same time”, Robert continues, I see your people go the extra mile all the time, to make sure everything is perfect. One of your installation crew members came back in his own time, to further improve the aesthetics of a part of the venue, even though I had already approved the current solution. That commitment, to me, is everything.”
