Losberger De Boer has released its Year in Review over 2020, which reflects our financial performance as well as key developments within the company.
All figures for 2020 (as well as the comparative figures for 2019) have been prepared in accordance with German Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, and all financial statements in this report have been audited.
For your convenience, we have made our Year in Review available for download. We have also highlighted some significant results below:
Revenue
- While our revenue dropped 12%, as a direct result of the pandemic, our commercial and financial development remains aligned with the restructuring plan for 2019 – 2022;
- Our EBITDA almost doubled, compared to 2019.
Market developments
- The sales of event tents has been impacted considerably by the pandemic in 2020;
- The sales of turnkey commercial buildings remained stable;
- The sale of materials for medical and pandemic-related applications has seen a significant increase.
Customer satisfaction
- Average recommendation score improves further, from 8.7 to 9.1 (scale 0 to 10);
- Our Net Promoter Score (NPS) client satisfaction rate improved to +77 (scale -100 to +100).
