Losberger De Boer publishes first CSR Report
Losberger De Boer has published its first ever CSR Report, in which the company outlines its ambitious climate goals for the foreseeable future, as well as all its activities in the field of CSR.
We firmly believe that drastic changes are needed, if humanity is to stop, and ultimately reverse, the effects of global warming. We are committed to taking a leading role in pushing the development of more sustainable products and practices in our industry.
Over the last two decades, we have implemented various changes in the way we work, to reduce our Co2 emissions. Throughout the years, we have also developed several components and products, that have had a significant positive impact on our ecological footprint as well.
A carbon-neutral LDB in 2030
In 2021, we have increased our efforts in making our operation more sustainable. We have sought collaboration with experts, such as EcoVadis and the United Nations, and have set some ambitious and binding climate goals for ourselves. These should ultimately lead to Losberger De Boer being a carbon-neutral company in 2030.
All these goals, as well as our vision on sustainability, fair trade and decent working conditions, are documented in our first ever CSR Report, which is now available for download. It is our genuine hope that our commitment and results will inspire other companies to also increase and speed-up their efforts in reducing their ecological footprint.
