HR Generalist/ Partner

Losberger De Boer Kft in Szekszárd, Hungary is seeking a HR Generalist/ Partner to handle daily core HR functions, such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation and compliance.

HR Generalist/ Partner

You will be reporting to the Managing Director, the role involves the implementation of all the action defined locally or at group level regarding the growth and structuration of the company.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement local HR policies, strategies and initiatives aligned with the group’s HR policies and with the business objectives
  • Oversee and manage the multisource-recruitment and onboarding process
  • Payroll process coordination including data provision required for payroll accounting (supervision of time management system, external payroll company)
  • Calculation and (monthly, weekly…) reporting of HR indicators
  • Assess training needs, organize training programs, monitor them
  • Support current and future business needs by developing, engaging, motivating and preserving human capital
  • Ensure compliance with legislation in human resources management following all legal/regulatory changes
  • Introduction/development of HR tools and processes adapted to the structure of the company
  • Management of employment contracts, documentation of employee entry and exit (preparation of contractual documentation, preparation of legal documents...), translations HU-EN-HU
  • Creating a positive working environment as part of social dialogue (help form a pleasant culture for performance)
  • Initiating and monitoring projects related to HR within the company

 Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Specialized (HR/legal) higher education
  • Min. 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Confident English language skills
  • User-level MS Office knowledge
  • Experienced in multi-source recruiting, personnel leasing/renting
  • Knowledge of payroll processes, regulations and outsourced service
  • Knowledge of Hu labour law/ regulations, able to generate HR documents (contracts, addendums, written notices…)
  • Knowledge of HR processes (preferably in manufacturing)
  • High level communication skills
  • Good conflict solving skills
  • High stress tolerance, flexible
  • Open personality, loyal and strictly confidential
