Our Achievements
We are proud to have received the EcoVadis Gold Medal for our sustainability efforts, placing us in the top 5% of participating companies. We have also been ISO 14001 certified since 2010, ensuring effective processes to minimize environmental impact. Sustainable Procurement
Supplier Code of Conduct: Implementing a Supplier Code of Conduct to ensure that all partners adhere to our ethical, environmental, and social standards.
Sustainable Sourcing: Partnering with suppliers to minimize environmental impact and promote sustainable practices, with a focus on addressing the 96% of our emissions that are classified as Scope 3.
Metrics and Progress Tracking: Using tools like the Vendorlink Procurement Reporting Tool to monitor and report on sustainable sourcing activities.
Governance
CSR Governance Structure: Our CSR policy is embedded in the highest level of the organization. A central CSR team manages the policy and monitors progress, ensuring that sustainability is at the core of all our business operations.
Transparency and Reporting: We are preparing for the upcoming Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) requirements, with a detailed roadmap and transparent communication on our progress and challenges.
Future Plans
As part of our "Covering Tomorrow" initiative, we are committed to continuously improving our sustainability practices. For 2024, we will focus on further integrating sustainability into our business operations, calculating our corporate carbon footprint again, and further preparing for the ESRS and CSRD. To achieve this, we are working closely with DFGE, a leading sustainability consulting firm, to ensure our readiness and to develop a comprehensive roadmap for achieving our ESG targets.
