Job Overview:

As a Project Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting Project Managers with a variety of administrative and operational tasks.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth site operations, managing site access, and creating site inductions—all while maintaining high service standards for clients. The role requires a proactive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Based primarily on-site with frequent travel, you will be integral to ensuring adherence to company processes and helping to exceed client expectations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to grow their career in Project Management and contribute to a dynamic, high-performing team.

Key Requirements:

  • Service-driven client support – uphold ethos of delivering exceptional service to clients
  • Assist project management with admin
  • Full compliance with site-specific access requirements
  • Develop site inductions and ensure all team members and contractors are prepared and compliant
  • Follow and promote company processes and procedures
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records/reporting
  • Provide onsite logistical support to project teams
  • Support on-site health and safety and environmental compliance
