Solid growth and record-high NPS for Losberger De Boer in 2021
With solid growth, further professionalization of the organization and a record-high NPS score, 2021 has been a good year for the Losberger De Boer Group.
The Losberger De Boer group has exceeded its target revue for 2021, despite the pandemic playing a major role in the event business and the global economy in general. Over 2021, the Losberger De Boer Group achieved a turnover of 194 million euro’s.
Although this number is slightly lower then over 2020, the company managed a significantly higher operating EBITDA (income before tax), thanks to higher margins, strict cost management and the further professionalization of the company, which operates in four divisions (Rental Projects and Turnkey Solutions, Material Production and Material Sales, Rapid Deployment Systems, and Modular Systems). The latter is also reflected in a record-high NPS score. Our average customer satisfaction score over 2021 is 9.2, out of a possible 10.
